Do you have a shop I can visit?

Yes. We have a small shop at Shrewsbury Market Hall called The Beautiful Tree Gift Shop. Open Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Email us first if there is a particular figurine you would like to see and we can make sure it is there.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery costs vary for individual items. Delivery charges are clearly shown when you view your basket. We also offer free delivery when you spend over £35.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We post the majority of our orders the very same day via Royal Mail First Class post or Royal Mail Airmail if overseas. More expensive items are sent by carrier (usually Fedex or Interlink Express). Most orders will arrive within just 1-2 days (though on the rare occasion it can take longer. If it seems to be taking longer than expected drop us an email and we will check for you). Overseas delivery time varies from 3 days to 2 weeks. France and Ireland are normally just 2-5 working days, but Italy can take around 2 weeks sometimes.

A few of our items may be made to order, and we will contact you if there is likely to be any delays with your order.

What do I do if a product is faulty?

Please contact us immediately if your order is damaged or faulty and we will sort out a replacement or refund.

What do I do if I don't like the product?

If for any reason you don't like the product you receive, send it back and we will refund the sale price as long as the items are returned in good condition.

What payment methods can I use to pay?

We accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Maestro (switch), American Express, Solo, Mastercard and Discover. You can also pay for goods via PayPal. We also can take orders over the phone (See contact page), and we accept cheques and postal orders. Cheques must be made payable to Bosco Brothers Ltd

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an automated email from us confirming your order. If you do not receive this email shortly after you have ordered, please check your JUNK mail folder. If it's not there, please contact us.

What do you do with my order details?

We do not store your credit card details, they are simply used to pay for your order. In fact, we never see your credit card details! They are securely transferred via 256 bit SSL encryption. We store your contact details securely on a database for future reference but we do not pass these details on to any third parties!
