Making a Purchase
Buying from us couldn't be easier! Just browse our catalog, and click on the product you wish to buy, and add it to your shopping basket. View your basket at any time by clicking the link in the top right hand corner. When you are ready to buy click on "Checkout" and you'll be directed to our securely encrypted checkout page. No need to sign up or login, simply enter your details in 3 easy steps and you're done!
Alternatively, you can provide us with your credit card details over the phone. We also accept cheques and can e-mail you a PayPal money requests (see the Contact Page for details).
Shortly after your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please keep this for your records.
All goods remain the property of Gifts For Your Home until paid for in full.
Delivery
Most items are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase, but please allow 7 working days for delivery. We use different delivery methods depending on the product, and how fast your order arrives will depend on the shipping methods involved. Details of delivery times are found on the individual product pages.
If a signature is required for delivery, please inspect the goods before signing. No claim for damages will be entertained without a returned, signed and duly endorsed delivery note.
Refunds & Returns
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to return the product within 7 working days from one day after date of receipt for any reason but at your own cost.
Refunds are returned via the same method you used to pay, or we can send a cheque on request. Refunds are issued within 30 days from the product arriving back from the customer in a good, re-sellable condition.
